Referral Terms

WARNING!

In compliance with regulation 3 of the Trading Scheme Regulations 1997 (as amended) and section 120(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1973, please read the warning below in respect of the Newrich Referral Program:

It is illegal for us or for a participant in the Newrich Referral Program (including Referring Users and Referred Creators) to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join the Newrich Referral Program.

Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved from participation in the Newrich Referral Program.

Although we do not demand any payment from Referring Users for the purposes of participating in the Newrich Referral Program, we are legally required to inform you that if you sign this contract, you have 14 days in which to cancel and get your money back.

BY PARTICIPATING IN OUR REFERRAL PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS – PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

Introduction: These Referral Program Terms are additional terms which apply if you use the Newrich Referral Program. These Referral Program Terms form part of your agreement with us. Here are a few key things to note:

  • At all times, you must abide by our Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and all applicable tax regulations.
  • You must have a current User account to participate in the Newrich Referral Program.
  • Referring Users will be paid a referral payment of 25% on Newrich Platform Revenue generated by the Referred Creator in the 12 months after the Referred Creator becomes a registered User of Newrich, up to a maximum referral payment of US$30,000 per Referred Creator.
  • We may withhold referral payments or terminate a Referred Creator's participation for breaches of Newrich Terms of Service.
  • The Newrich Referral Program is operated by NRL Media Inc with an office and a registered address at 16192 Coastal Hwy Lewes DE 19958.

Interpretation: In these Referral Program Terms defined terms have the same meanings given to them in the Terms of Use. In addition:

  • Referring User" is also referred to as "you" or "your" in these Referral Program Terms;
  • Referred Creator" means the person who joins Newrich as a new Creator via the Referring User's unique referral link.

The Newrich Referral Program: Newrich offers a program (“Referral Program”) by which Users can introduce new Creators to Newrich and are eligible to receive payments according to these Referral Program Terms.

Newrich Referral Program

Overview

The Newrich Referral Program allows eligible users to earn referral commissions by introducing new creators to the Newrich platform. Participation in the program is subject to these Referral Program Terms, the Terms of Service, and any additional policies published by Newrich from time to time.

Users whose accounts have been suspended, terminated, restricted, or voluntarily deleted are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

To receive referral commissions, you must maintain a valid Newrich account and provide a supported payout method or bank account in accordance with Newrich's payment requirements.

Referral Links

Eligible users will receive a unique referral link that may be shared with prospective creators.

When promoting your referral link, you may not:

  • Represent yourself as Newrich or as an employee, representative, or agent of Newrich;
  • Create the impression that Newrich directly endorses or distributes your referral link;
  • Use paid search advertising, search engine marketing, or similar advertising methods that target Newrich trademarks, brand names, or related keywords without prior written approval;
  • Engage in deceptive, misleading, or spam-based promotional practices.

Upon request, you must provide Newrich with information regarding the methods, channels, or campaigns used to distribute your referral link.

Referral Tracking

In order for a referral to be recognized:

  • The referred creator must access Newrich through your unique referral link;
  • The referred creator must complete registration using the same browser session or tracking environment associated with the referral;
  • Any required tracking technologies, including cookies or similar identifiers, must remain enabled.

If the referred creator registers through another source, blocks tracking technologies, clears referral data, or otherwise prevents attribution, Newrich may be unable to recognize the referral and no referral commission will be owed.

Eligible Referrals

Referral commissions are earned only for qualified creator accounts.

User accounts that register solely as buyers, members, consumers, or other non-creator account types are not eligible referral accounts unless they subsequently become creators in accordance with Newrich's requirements.

Where a referred creator opens multiple accounts, only the first eligible creator account may qualify for referral commissions. No commissions will be paid on subsequent accounts created by the same individual or business.

Commercial Relationships

Referral commissions will not be paid on accounts that:

  • Are owned or controlled by you;
  • Are operated on your behalf;
  • Are owned or operated by entities under common ownership or control with you; or
  • Have a commercial, agency, employment, partnership, or other business relationship with you that Newrich determines disqualifies the referral.

You agree to provide any information reasonably requested by Newrich to verify ownership, control, or commercial relationships between accounts.

Promotional Standards

When promoting Newrich or participating in the Referral Program, you agree that you will:

  • Accurately describe the Newrich platform and its services;
  • Avoid false, misleading, or deceptive representations;
  • Not guarantee earnings, profits, business success, or financial results;
  • Not imply that creators will earn any particular amount of money by joining Newrich.

Any earnings claims must comply with applicable law, advertising regulations, and Newrich policies.

Withdrawal From the Program

A referred creator may withdraw from the Referral Program at any time.

If a referred creator becomes ineligible, leaves the program, or otherwise ceases participation, future referral commissions relating to that creator will cease from that date forward.

Referral Commission Structure

Subject to these Terms, a referring user may earn a referral commission equal to:

  • Twenty-Five percent (25%) of eligible creator platform revenue (herein referred to as “Newrich Platform Revenue”) generated by the referred founding creator during the first twelve (12) months following account registration; or
  • Thirty Thousand United States Dollars (USD $30,000),

whichever amount is lower.

For example:

  • If a referred creator generates $1,000,000 USD or more in eligible revenue during their first twelve months, the maximum commission payable is $30,000 USD.
  • If a referred creator generates less than $1,000,000 USD in eligible revenue during that period, the commission will equal 25% of the eligible Newrich Platform revenue generated.

No commissions accrue after the first twelve (12) months following the referred creator's registration date.

Founding Creators

If you have enrolled into our platform as a founding creator (a temporary offer with limited spots) - your referral commissions and referral period may be different. If you have one of these accounts please contact our support team directly to inquire - support@newrich.com

Taxes

Referral commissions include any applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes, goods and services taxes, or similar indirect taxes required by law.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from referral commissions received through the program.

Important Legal Notice

Participation in the Newrich Referral Program must comply with all applicable laws governing referral marketing, affiliate programs, and promotional activities.

No participant may encourage another person to make a payment or join the program based primarily on the promise of compensation from recruiting additional participants.

Potential participants should not assume that substantial earnings can be achieved through the Referral Program. Actual earnings vary significantly and depend on many factors.

Payouts

Payment Method

Referral commissions can only be paid through payout methods supported by Newrich in your country or region.

Payment Schedule

Referral commissions earned during a calendar month will generally be processed and paid on or around the first business day of the following month, subject to verification, compliance reviews, and applicable payout thresholds.

Program Cost

Referral commissions are paid by Newrich and are not charged to the referred creator.

Verification and Compliance

Newrich may require you or any referred creator to provide identification documents, tax information, compliance documentation, or other information reasonably necessary to:

  • Verify eligibility;
  • Confirm referral attribution;
  • Prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Satisfy legal and regulatory requirements.

Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed, withheld, reduced, or forfeited referral commissions.

Program Changes

Newrich reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time, including changes to:

  • Commission rates;
  • Eligibility requirements;
  • Payment schedules;
  • Attribution rules; and
  • Program features.

Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect referral commissions that were validly earned before the effective date of the change.

Withholding and Forfeiture

Newrich may withhold, offset, reverse, reduce, or forfeit referral commissions where permitted under the Terms of Service, including in cases involving:

  • Fraud;
  • Abuse of the Referral Program;
  • Violations of platform policies;
  • Chargebacks or payment reversals;
  • Regulatory or compliance concerns; or
  • Any other conduct that Newrich reasonably believes may harm the platform or its users.

Referral Program Cookies

Non-Essential Cookies

Newrich operates a Referral Program that allows eligible users to introduce prospective creators to the platform using unique referral links.

To accurately attribute referrals and calculate referral commissions, Newrich uses certain non-essential cookies and similar tracking technologies.

These technologies help us identify:

  • The referring user who shared the referral link; and
  • The creator who registered through that referral link.

Both the referring user and the referred creator may be required to accept these tracking technologies in order for a referral to be recognized.

If either party rejects, disables, clears, blocks, or otherwise interferes with these cookies or tracking technologies, Newrich may be unable to identify the referral relationship. In such cases, referral commissions may not be credited or paid.
